Driver Hire Leeds West are currently working alongside our prestigious client based in LS12 to recruit a Fleet Fines Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our client’s business functions with efficient and accurate administrative support.

As a Fleet Fines Administrator, you will be providing essential support to ensure smooth business operations. Daily, you will be responsible for processing fines, penalty charge notices and congestion charges. Completing all documentation correctly, attaching relevant customer paperwork and checking documentation is correctly processed. You will also be responsible for ensuring that computer records are accurate and up to date, generating letters to authorities ensuring that information is completed is accurate and ensure that payments are processed where necessary. You will also be required to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders daily and effectively chase completion of outstanding activities.

Other tasks include;

  • Check and report on money received and payments to be made
  • Process refund credits and generate invoices as required.
  • Scan, upload and securely store data.
  • Assistance in managing a shared inbox
  • Other Ad-Hoc duties as required by the company.

The ideal candidate should be methodical and process driven, pro-active and energetic with high levels of attention for detail, accuracy and great administration skills. This client needs a communicator, with the ability build rapport and relationships with a variety of people. It can often be a high-pressured environment so somebody who can work well in those situations would be considered.

Experience and Qualifications.

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in administration is essential
  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Full & Clean Driving Licence.

Salary + Benefits

  • Salary range of £26,000 - £27,000
  • Bonus negotiable
  • Company Car scheme available after a minimum service.
