Reed in Leeds are recruiting for a native Japanese speaker for a prestigious law firm based in Leeds. The role will initially be part time however there is a possibility for this to be increased to full time hours.

Location: LS1

Hours of work: Mornings initially

Pay - £12 - £17 per hour depending on experience 

There is an opportunity for the client to offer sponsorship for the right candidate in the long term. 

The role is initially a temporary position with an opportunity to be made permanent, however the client is also willing to consider straight permanent for the right candidate. 

You will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating and organising calls and meetings
  • General administration
  • Email and phone correspondence
  • Ad hoc legal admin

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient in Word, digital dictation, Excel, Outlook
  • Proficient in diary management; meeting arrangements, telephone and email
  • Able to take and pass on accurate messages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and to work under pressure
