The role will provide crucial support to Senior PAs and fee-earning directors to assist with a wide range of administrative and legal tasks. In this role you will gain invaluable experience in a supportive, fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar management and scheduling for senior staff, including coordinating complex multi-party meetings
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
  • Comprehensive file management and organisation, both digital and physical, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
  • Answering phone calls and managing email communications, acting as the first point of contact for clients and colleagues
  • Assisting with client relations, handling basic client queries, and maintaining the firm's high standards of client care
  • Supporting team meetings and events coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials
  • Assisting with billing and time-recording processes
  • Managing travel arrangements for senior staff, including bookings and itineraries
  • Contributing to the firm's knowledge management system by updating precedents and filing key documents

The role is ideal for an Aspiring PA with a keen interest in the legal field. You will have similar experience ideally in a Legal firm or other professional services firm. You will have experience in a supporting administrative role and a desire to progress into a Legal PA role.
