Hours: full time

A super opportunity for a Legal PA to join this specialist, boutique law firm in their centrally located Leeds office. You will work as part of a small team to provide support firm wide.

Daily Duties

  • Preparing presentations and amending legal documents
  • Communicating with the Lawyers, prioritising workflow, managing busy inboxes
  • Complex diary management, managing priorities
  • Organisational duties including booking travel and accommodation
  • Preparing/ collating information for meetings, taking minutes
  • Assisting with marketing, business development and events
  • Financial administration including billing and expenses for the team.

Required Skills

  • Previous legal experience at administrator, secretary, or PA level
