Office/Yard Administrator
I’m recruiting for one of my favorite Clients, based in Leeds LS7 for an experienced Office/Yard Administrator to join their Family run business who are seeking someone who is happy with a lovely, varied Administrative role.
The role will involve an early start on a Wednesday to help assist with the loading/unloading of deliveries (0630 with a finish of 1530).
Duties
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Confirmation of customer orders
- Sending receipts for deposits
- Preparing Quotation and Order Confirmation documents
- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
- Credit checking Clients and Suppliers
- Raising invoices
- Proactively seeking to develop and maintain strong customer relations
- Developing strong team working with colleagues
- Loading/unloading of deliveries / general Yard duties
- Undertaking any responsibilities and tasks delegated by senior management
•            Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Skills
- Good communication skills
- Must be physically fit to assist with the loading/unloading of products
- Great attention to detail.
- Interest in the products we sell and developing their product and technical knowledge
Hours of Work
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 0800 – 1630 / Wednesday 0630 – 1530
Salary
An annual salary of up to £30,000 will be offered
