This is a full-time role working 45 hours per week across the days of Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00am and 17:00pm. Please note that this role is based fully on site.Answering and actioning calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner, to provide an excellent level of customer service internal and external. Planning daily schedules on a CRM system.Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with site operatives and allocate jobs
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound enquiries via telephone or email.
  • Liaising with customers and internal staff via email and telephone.
  • Log all activities in a timely manner on company’s CRM system
  • Scheduling jobs.
  • Administration.
  • Processing invoices.

About YouWe are looking for a candidate who has experience within an office environment (preferably in the waste, drainage, or transport sector), and a friendly manner may have previously gained experience from any scheduling or customer related role. Most importantly you must have excellent communication, planning and IT skills.Qualities And Attributes (Advantageous)

  • Previous experience within customer service, inbound/outbound calls and job dispatching/ booking
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience within the waste, drainage, or transport sector
  • Self-motivated and happy to work alone and as part of a team when required
  • Personable and presentable, taking pride in appearance and reputation of both self and company
  • Prepared to learn new skills and undertake new activities in line with company growth and personal development with research
