NJR now have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Paraplanner to join a highly successful and reputable Independent Wealth Management firm based in Leeds City Centre

The role requires an individual who has the ability to work within a fast paced environment, adapt to industry changes and someone who can adjust to various different deadlines.

Working collaboratively with the financial adviser and as part of a busy and friendly team the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Reviewing and understanding existing scheme information from providers.

  • Using research tools/systems to complete detailed analysis, including Select a Pension, FE Analytics, Dynamic Planner, Cash Calc, Assureweb, Provider Platforms.
  • Contacting clients and providers as required
  • Completing accurate, detailed and thorough Suitability Reports, using templates to support and adding free text as needed
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and industry regulations.
  • Any other general administrative/research duties as required

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience as a paraplanner
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum, although chartered is preferable
  • Strong knowledge across financial products including trusts and IHT Planning

You will have excellent understanding of Microsoft systems Word, Outlook, Excel, as well as having solid communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
