- Work closely with Client Directors & Media Strategists on media client projects/retainers including TV Sponsorship, TV Advertising, Press, and Out of Home media (OOH).
- Assist, and where appropriate, take ownership of media planning, scheduling, and the implementation of various media channel activity.
- Prepare regular reports of media channel performance, and where appropriate leverage expertise from the internal subject matter experts.
- Attend client meetings alongside Client Directors as and when required.
- Communicate with clients any appropriate media opportunities including enhancements, optimisation, and recommendations, and refining up until client approval.
- Schedule media company bookings.
- Conduct client briefing meetings to identify their goals, requirements, and budgets.
- Develop briefs for the production team to create & deliver appropriate advertising copy for TV and press.
- Ensure regulations and laws are adhered to and liaise with Clearcast on both concept & content for their approval, as well as final delivery to channels for TV advertising.
- Previous experience working in as an Account Manager working on TV advertising projects or similar is preferred.
- Media Agency experience is highly desirable.
- In house TV advertising/Media Planning experience would be considered.
- Previous experience in a performance or technical marketing focused role would also be considered.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate comfortably and confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Competent presentation skills, with experience of utilising software packages e.g. PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of online and offline media, with exposure to media planning, buying, and tracking softwares would be highly beneficial.
- UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK.
