Senior/Account Manager (Creative Agency)

Permanent

UK - 100% Remote, office locations in London or Leeds.

£30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)  

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm

Working alongside the Account Director and client services team you'll be taking the day-to-day lead on medium and large B2B and B2C global clients. The focus being on strategic branding projects through to brand campaigns featuring a range of items including motions and websites. You will be responsible for running clients alongside the team developing marketing plans, pulling together inspiring creative briefs and building strong relationships with clients to unlock opportunities.

Main Responsibilities of the Senior Account Manager      

  • Responsible for overseeing the companies Accounts
  • The role is working in a highly creative position, liaising with both UK and internationally based clients, on end-to-end Marketing Campaigns (various clients, various audiences and various industries), from planning and quoting through to implementation, studio management, evaluation and finalising.
  • Maintain all aspects of client relationship, making contact with clients daily/weekly/as often as is necessary to keep rapport strong and ensure client satisfaction/retention.
  • Providing daily/weekly reports to client with campaign debrief and progress updates.

Experience and Skills required

  • 5 years' creative agency experience
  • Proven experience executing branding and design projects, from initial enquiry through to launch, across multiple disciplines
  • Experience in working directly with a creative studio from briefing, to reviewing and critiquing work
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to spot and selling opportunities
  • Understanding the importance of business forecasting and targets
  • A desire to share previous expertise and experience to enhance the work of the team
  • Confident, ambitious and proactive
  • A true team player who's not afraid to get involved and work collaboratively
  • Keen to carve out a distinctive role and use your own initiative to get results
