Duties:
To manage client accounts and ensure the accurate and timely processing of sample requests and related documentation. The Account Manager is the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Specific Responsibilities
Client Account Management Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their specific needs. Process sample requests accurately and efficiently using the company's IT systems. Liaise with clients to resolve queries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with services.
Documentation and Reporting Prepare and manage client-specific documentation, including shipping paperwork, certificates of analysis (CoA), and safety data sheets (SDS). Monitor and report on client back orders, providing regular updates to clients and internal teams. Maintain accurate and organised records of all client communications and transactions.
Collaboration with Operations Coordinate with the Operations Supervisor and warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of client samples. Communicate client-specific requirements to operational staff, ensuring alignment with service expectations. Escalate operational challenges or delays to the Office Supervisor for resolution.
Administrative Support Participate in month-end duties, including reporting, invoicing, and reviewing order accuracy. Update and maintain client instructions, specifications, and service level agreements (SLAs) on internal systems. Support general office administration tasks as required by the Office Supervisor.
