As part of the Client Services team, you’ll take charge of high-profile client accounts with a focus on all thing’s media. You’ll craft and execute campaigns that achieve measurable success. If you excel at strategic media planning, forecasting performance, and building strong client relationships, this role provides an excellent opportunity to make an impact.

Skills and Experience

  • Integrated media expertise: 2+ years of experience managing integrated media and digital accounts, with a solid understanding of both paid media channels and forecasting strategies - preferably within an agency setting
  • Organised and efficient: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating talented specialists to exceed client expectations
  • Media performance know-how: Strong grasp of media metrics, KPIs, and terminology, with a track record of coordinating media planning, activation, forecasting, and measurement
  • Analytical mindset: Inquisitive by nature, you’ll spot opportunities through data insights, evaluating results, and identifying growth areas
  • Stakeholder management: Experience building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and colleagues
  • Financially savvy: Attention to detail and financial awareness, ensuring all account commercials are accurately managed
