My client, a well-established Truck & Trailer maintenance business is actively seeking to employ an Workshop Foreman on a night shift.
聽
leading an established team as the Workshop Foreman, you will be required to undertake the following;
聽
聽
路Oversee the team of technician and delegate the work to the team
路Carry out any repairs required that have been highlighted on the initial inspection
路General Servicing and MOT preparation
路Fault finding & diagnostics
路Updating all required paperwork / databases
聽
The successful Workshop Foreman will have the following attributes;
聽
路Have experience in a similar position supervising a team of technicians
路hold full industry qualifications and have served a recognised apprenticeship.
路Have detailed knowledge and understanding of Truck & Trailer Maintenance
路A commercial licence would be a distinct advantage for isn't essential
