The Company
Our client is a construction main contractor who work across the UK from a number of regional offices. They looking for a SSSTS / SMSTS Working Site Supervisor from a carpentry background to join their team in Leeds city centre to work on a hotel refurbishment project. The successful candidate will be site, reporting to a Senior Site Manager, supervising sub-contractors and site labourers as the hotel refurbishment project comes to practical completion in the next 5-6 weeks. The role involves acting on the instructions of the Project Manager and Senior Site Manager in completing the works to set areas and closing them off. It may involve getting hands on and stuck in at times..
A hands on approach along with a positive mindset would be beneficial.
The Ideal Working Site Supervisor Will Have
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Working Site Supervisor on interior fit out or refurbishment projects
- Experience handling exclusive clients and architects
- Able to keep a team productive
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
Essential Qualifications
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- CSCS supervisors card as a minimum
- First Aid at Work
Package
- 220 - 240 per day DOE
