Summary of the Role:As an Application Scientist at Lhasa Limited, you will play a crucial role in bridging scientific knowledge with practical application. In this full-time position, youll be at the forefront of driving the development of our tools, through understanding and addressing our members needs. By fostering strong relationships with our members and internal teams, youll support Lhasa in developing cutting-edge software solutions, which solve real-world chemical safety assessment problems.

Main Responsibilities:- Serve as a scientific expert, understanding the needs of members and regulators, and guiding them in applying our solutions effectively.
- Build strong relationships within a team environment to develop our solutions, embodying our values of culture.
- Collaborate to share knowledge and data, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Provide tailored training and scientific support on the application of our software solutions to meet our members specific needs.
- An undergraduate degree, masters, or PhD in a relevant scientific field.
- Knowledge of toxicology, metabolism, degradation, and organic reaction mechanisms.
- Proficiency in applyingin silicopredictions desirable.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent scientific communicator, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to take initiative and problem solve.
- Negotiation and leadership skills.
- Workability to work both independently and as part of a diverse, multidisciplinary team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to cultural differences.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently internationally.
