About the Role:
- Deliver and oversee structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Provide technical leadership, ensuring quality, compliance, and innovative design solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Lead business development efforts, preparing bids and securing new work.
- Develop and mentor the structural engineering team, fostering technical excellence and collaboration.
- Work on diverse projects across sectors, including Education, Commercial, Residential, Airports, Defence, Energy, Civil Infrastructure, and Rail.
What You'll Bring:
- Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer (CEng) with an established industry profile.
- Extensive experience in delivering complex structural projects, including low-carbon designs.
- Expertise in steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, timber designs, and foundation systems.
- Strong knowledge of design codes, standards, and advanced 2D/3D software tools.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and technical delivery on high-profile projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in client-facing roles.
- A passion for innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable engineering solutions.
- Demonstrated success in business development and winning consultancy work.
