THE ROLE
* Part of the product R&D team, you'll be focusing on the design and development of liquid cooling applications.
* Taking responsibility of designated projects through initial scope, design, testing, prototyping and manufacture.
* Undertaking engineering calculations for water based units to incorporate heat exchangers, pumps plus fans & refrigeration components.
* Drawing up plans & schematic drawings via 3D CAD and modelling software.
* Liaising with internal teams on controls and electrical systems, plus suppliers to create a working bill of materials - handling to budget and agreed programme.
THE PERSON
Essential:
* Seeking a design engineer with working experience of liquid cooling and/or an HVAC R&D background.
* Proven track record of delivering development projects within an R&D team.
* HNC/Degree educated in an engineering related subject.
THE PACKAGE
A basic salary in the c44-50k bracket, with excellent company benefits to include 25 days holiday and high pension contribution.
THE LOCATION
Ideally based in the Leeds/Bradford area, with some home working available once fully trained.
