Our client is looking for a full time Principal / Associate Structural Engineer to join their growing team on a permanent basis in Leeds! Hybrid work available, but 2 days based at the Head office.

The Role:
- Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee technical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to business development and identify growth opportunities.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng or equivalent).
- 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, delivering complex projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Expertise in structural analysis and design software for problem-solving and collaboration.
