Position: Architectural Technologist | Location: Leeds| Salary: £30K - £40K DOE Konker is working with an innovative and pioneering mid-sized practice based in the heart of Leeds, looking to take on a mid to senior level Architectural Technologist. The firm has over 25 years in the industry working across the whole of the UK, primarily within the residential sector. More specifically they have completed projects such as multi-storey apartment buildings, student accommodation, housing associations, bespoke/ private houses and conservation homes. Here you will also have the opportunity to delve in to one of the UK’s fastest growing sectors, retirement care and later-living. You will be managing projects from start to finish, producing working drawing packages, liaising with various stakeholders, leading the detailed design process, producing/ contributing to planning applications and preparing sketch schemes amongst many other things. You will be joining a friendly, cohesive and dynamic team of 21 professionals who have continuously received recognition for their industry leading design quality and integral client relationships. There is a specialist group in place here, with 6 - 7 current members, for those working toward their MCIAT, where those involved can help to support each other on their journey to developing their career. The practice will also financially cover the cost of MCIAT fees. A fantastic remuneration package is on offer including private healthcare, performance and profit related bonusses, 25 days holiday plus bank/ public holidays. The practice pays for everyone’s breakfast every Friday and finish early at 4pm. Hybrid working can be considered for senior positions, 1 day a week from home. On site car parking is provided. The salary for this position ranges from £30,000 - £40,000 depending on previous experience. To Be Considered: Architectural Technologist | Leeds 
  • Must have previous experience as an Architectural Technologist in the UK
  • Should live within a commutable distance of Leeds
  • Having a solid understanding of planning and UK Building Regulations is essential along with being able to liaise with different stakeholders.
  • Ability to use Revit and AutoCAD would be favoured (not essential, training can be provided)
  • MCIAT or happy to work toward chartership would be beneficial
