I am looking for a talented Architect with creative design flare to join a friendly practice in Leeds. The RIBA chartered practice works across a range of sectors, including heritage, residential, commercial and public projects. The practice has a focus on exceeding client expectations and always completing each project with sustainability in mind.

The successful Architect will have recently completed their Part 3 qualification and will have the drive to progress and develop their career. You will be forward-thinking, with excellent technical and design skills. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is beneficial.

  • ARB registered, or in the process of registering
  • Sufficient experience in a UK-based architecture practice (can be as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant)
  • Liaise with clients to provide designs that exceed their expectations
  • Work through all RIBA stages, with the support of senior team members
  • Knowledge of the UK planning, building regulations, building systems and construction types
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Happy working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong design and technical detailing abilities
  • AutoCAD and Revit knowledge is beneficial
