I am searching for a motivated and talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a friendly team in Leeds. The RIBA chartered practice has projects spanning the residential, industrial, education and retail sectors and always hold sustainability at the core of their designs. The well-established team have an excellent reputation across the UK and are excited to welcome a Part 2 Architectural Assistant.

The successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have sufficient UK based post qualification experience and should have excellent technical skills. You will have a portfolio full of exceptional designs and will be confident using Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Completed RIBA Part One and RIBA Part Two qualifications
  • Sufficient post qualification experience is required
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Designing and modelling projects whilst collaborating with senior team members
  • Supporting Project Architects and attend design meetings
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Great technical abilities
  • Proficient using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Leeds
