I am searching for an ambitious Part 3 / Architect with creative design flare to join a RIBA-chartered practice in Leeds. The team works across a range of sectors, such as heritage, residential, commercial and public projects. The practice is dedicated to surpassing client expectations while ensuring every project is completed with a strong emphasis on sustainability.

The successful Part3 / Architect will have recently completed their Part 3 qualification and will have the drive to progress and develop their career. You will be forward-thinking, with excellent technical and design skills. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is beneficial.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

  • ARB registration (or actively completing registration)
  • Significant experience within a UK-based architectural practice, including as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant
  • Engage with clients to deliver designs that surpass their expectations
  • Contribute to all RIBA project stages, supported by senior team members
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK planning processes, building regulations, systems, and construction methods
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proven strength in design and technical detailing
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is advantageous
