I am on the lookout for a passionate Senior Architect with strong technical abilities and creative design flare to join a multidisciplinary practice in Leeds. The forward-thinking company works on residential, mixed-use and office projects and always aim to exceed client expectations. The renowned team have an excellent reputation and have cultured a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful Senior Architect will have significant experience post Part 3 qualification and will have excellent knowledge of current UK Building Regulations. You will have a proven track record of leading a team and should enjoy mentoring team members.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architect:
- Significant UK-based post Part 3 experience
- ARB registered
- Excellent knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
- Confident leading and mentoring team members
- Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Work alongside the wider team to deliver a successful project
- Great knowledge of industry standard software
- Must live locally to Leeds
