The Senior Architectural Technician will lead a team of technicians while managing their own projects. Key responsibilities include creating feasibility and planning stage designs, producing high-quality 3D visualisations, and ensuring compliance with UK regulations. The role requires working closely with stakeholders, overseeing design processes, and contributing to team development and technical innovation.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Manage and mentor a team of technicians, setting workloads and reviewing output.
- Develop feasibility designs and 3D visualisations for planning submissions.
- Lead early-stage design processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimise designs.
- Conduct site visits and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Degree or equivalent in architectural technology or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning regulations and building standards.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with proven project success.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
