Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic architectural practice who provide specialist design services to a range of projects within the residential and healthcare sectors. They are on the lookout for an established Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team in their offices in Leeds.
To be successful in this role a Senior Architectural Technician, you will have a successful history of producing working drawings for housing developers and contractors within an architectural office. They will also need an excellent portfolio as well as strong technical knowledge. It is essential that you have at least 10 years post qualification experience within a relevant role for a UK architectural practice.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Relevant degree or qualification within Architectural Technology
- A minimum of 10 years post qualification experience
- CIAT registered
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit software
- Extensive experience within the residential and healthcare sector across all RIBA stages
- Strong client management experience and delivery of large-scale projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to contribute to and maintain a robust pipeline for the client
- Live locally within the Leeds area
