The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will play a pivotal role in leading and managing projects from inception to completion. This individual will be responsible for driving design excellence, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including healthcare, education, residential, and commercial developments.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- CIAT accredited, or working towards
- HNC/HND in Architectural Technology, or a relevant degree
- Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop creative and innovative design solutions that align with sustainable design principles.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and detailed drawings.
- Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
- In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
- Passionate about sustainability and innovative design solutions.
