A leading Architecture firm is currently seeking a Principal Designer to join their dynamic team in Leeds.

The Principal Designer Role
- You will collaborate with design teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that all projects meet regulatory requirements from inception to completion.
- You will be involved in managing design risk assessments, preparing pre-construction information (PCI), and overseeing the review of construction phase plans (CPP).
- The Principal Designer will work on diverse projects throughout the North, offering a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to enhance your career within a supportive environment.

The Principal Designer
- Proven experience as a Principal Designer within a consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations
- Background in design, architecture, or construction
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
- APS or IOSH membership is desirable
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
