Description
As a Sales Administrator you will be dealing with inbound and outbound phone calls from customers answering a range of queries in relation to their order.
You will be taking orders and processing on the system and will be the main point of contact for support and guidance during the process.
The role will also include maintaining records and the database alongside general administrative duties.
Profile
Previous order processing/customer service experience
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
The ability to work in fast paced environment
Good organisation skills and a keen eye for detail
An excellent team player
