Are you a Sales Advisor with an Automotive Parts supply background, looking for a position with a company who actively support development by offering access to training, with clear pathways for progression, and access to a rewarding bonus scheme to enhance your earnings?
This company is a market leader in distributing replacement parts for cars and vans, across the Midlands and South Yorkshire regions, operating from 12 established locations. In this role, you'll be part of a close-knit team, supporting the supply of parts to both domestic customers and directly to garages. Your responsibilities will include unpacking orders, organising deliveries and collections, and taking on additional sales tasks by upselling products and services. Performance will be monitored through KPIs with the opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses based on achievement.
This position would suit a Parts Advisor or similar with a background in the automotive sector, seeking a varied role that offers development, progression, and a lucrative bonus structure.
The Role:
- Motor Factor Parts Supply
- Liaising with customers face-to-face and on the telephone
- Unpacking stock and Warehouse upkeep
- Monday to Friday 45 hour week - 08:00 - 17:00
- Alternate Saturday Hours 08:00 - 13:00

- Parts Advisor or similar
- Automotive background
- Commutable to Leeds
