Business is booming to the point where theyve had to up sticks and move into swanky new offices. Now, theyre on the lookout for a Sales Negotiator to join their Property Buying team and this could be your golden ticket!

If youre around the Leeds area and have an Estate Agency/Lettings background, this is a top opportunity. But lets be clear this isnt just a bog-standard sales gig. Youll be stepping into a close-knit team of property pros who are dead set on providing a first-class experience to every single client. The Sales Negotiator role

Lets get down to the nitty gritty. As Sales Negotiator, youll be at the heart of the company. Forget cold calling this is about nurturing warm leads and turning interest into action. Youll guide homeowners through property sales, giving them the confidence to move forward.

But its not just about chatting. Youll be:

  • Building Relationships: Be the trusted point of contact, ensuring clients feel valued.
  • Managing Deals: From enquiry to closing, youll keep things on track.
  • Educating Clients: Break down the process clearly, empowering clients to make informed decisions.
  • Problem Solving: Overcome obstacles and keep sales moving.
  • Driving Results: Hit targets, boost earnings, and celebrate every win.


The package

  • £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary per annum (dependent on experience)
  • OTE up to £65,000 in your first year, but top performers are raking in up to £110,000 annually!
  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 17:30, Friday: 9:00 17:00 + every third Saturday: 9:00 13:00
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
