The Company:

Our client is UK based designer and manufacturer of RF and Microwave Products and Subsystems. Their products range from amplifiers, filters and broadcast products and solutions. Started as small family business they are now working closely with major defence and security organization worldwide. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for an ElectronicsTest Technician to join their busy Production Team to perform electronic testing down to component level.

The Job:

As an ElectronicsTest Technician, you will be responsible for board assembly testing, alignment and environmental and final acceptance testing. You will be heavily involved in fault finding to component level and testing of activeelectronic components.

Skills required for Electronics Test Technician role job based in Leeds, West Yorkshire:

  • Experienced in fault finding to component level
  • Experience in Electronic Engineering from an academic level
  • Experienced using RF test equipment, such as spectrum analysers, power amplifiers, sensors and meters
  • Experienced in completing test documentation
  • RF testing would be beneficial but not essential
