Job Overview:

We are assisting a leading European IP firm in their search for an administrator to join their Trade Mark’s team and provide a high quality, timely and comprehensive administration support service to their Attorneys. The ideal candidate will have some administration experience and be competent in using standard IT packages such as Word and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Writing letters and emails to clients and Trade Mark Officers.

• Monitoring individual and general mailboxes.

• Manage incoming and outgoing payments.

• Answering phones and taking messages.

• Case diary management.

• Assisting various attorneys to meet deadlines.

• Citation reporting.

• Document/file management.

• Using and maintaining online database.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working in an administrative position (legal environment is preferred).

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Experience of working with standard IT packages such as Word and Outlook.

• Experience in using e-filing systems is desirable.

Please note this role will be fully office based during the training period and will then move to hybrid on completion.
