Huntswood is looking for Complaint Handlers with general banking complaints experience to join an exciting project for a leading UK bank. If you have a general banking complaint handling experience, are available from the new year and are looking to move into a perm role after your contract, then we have a great role for you.

Start Date: Monday 6th January 2025

Day Rate: 140 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Duration: 6 month initially - moving to permanent contract after this

Location: Working from home

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm

  • General Banking Complaint Handling experience
  • Experience dealing with credit card complaints would be beneficial
  • Commitment to move to a permanent contract after 6 months
  • Suitable work space at home with strong broadband connection>
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
