Reed Sales & Marketing are incredibly excited to be working with a nationally established Digital Transformation company in their search for a Service and Solutions Executive.

Based in Leeds, this is an exceptional opportunity for somebody within SaaS who has a strong background within Business Development & Account Management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for selling an expanding portfolio of services and solutions to acquisition accounts, while developing a growth plan for a few named development clients.
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for the entire clients portfolio.
  • Drive consultative-based selling by identifying clients’ needs and presenting tailored IT solutions, incorporating Jungle Managed Services (JMS) where applicable.
  • Act in a professional manner with regard to colleagues, confidentiality, security, personal attitude, communication and presentation.
  • Demonstrate, at all times, behaviours in line with our values.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with company health and safety procedures and policies
  • Ensure compliance with all ISO standard accreditations held by the business, including but not limited to Quality, Information Security and Environmental standards as set out in ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 14001, respectively.
  • Be prepared to work collaboratively, in a flexible way to assist colleagues and customers alike, in the delivery of our services to all.
  • Document/update systems with all information relevant to all our procedures, processes and policies
  • Personal development – maintain and extend personal expertise in specific areas relevant to the requirements of the role.
  • Provide feedback to the business on all perceived risks, issues and possible areas for improvement.

*This wage banding is abnormally wide. This is because the upper echelon of this banding is reserved for candidates who come as a complete package within this industry. The lower ends are for candidates who either come from a strong sales background OR a strong technical background who are looking to progress within this type of role.
