The Key Duties of the Customer Solutions Executive* Daily communications with customers via phone, email and social media * Create and deliver innovative and forward-thinking solutions to customer concerns * General administration and organisation of systems* Deal with complaints and challenging situations whilst managing workload * Work with other departments to support and deliver the best outcomes for the customer

The Key Requirements of the Customer Solutions Executive* Previous experience within a customer service or contact centre environment * Previous experience of case management and dealing with complaints * IT skills - experience using MS platforms, softphone, email * Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
