Zone Manager - Automotive Finance - Leeds
Ideally the candidate will be based on patch - the central point geographically is Leeds.
£40k basic plus £10k bonus opportunity.

Acting as the conduit between manufacturer and dealer, this role would suit an experienced Zone Manager, Senior Business Manager, Sales Manager with F&I Experience or an F&I Sales and Development Manager.
If needed, the candidate must be able to make the transition from the hustle and bustle of a dealer environment to being very much a self starter who manages their own diary.
It can be a lonely position due to travel so we are ensuring candidates consider this before they agree to be considered.
There's a lot of data analysis, reporting, coaching, development - we seek a professional but driven manager with softer skills!
Looking after 20-25 dealers on patch, with a view to increase business levels.
The interview process will be a remote interview with the Regional Sales Manager, they a formal panel interview at head office with a presentation of sorts.
