We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Finance Administrator with experience using Xero to manage our day-to-day financial activities. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and requires someone who can multitask efficiently and work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:
路 Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts in Xero.
路 Manage accounts payable and receivable.
路 Perform regular bank reconciliations.
Reporting & Analysis:
路 Generate and analyse financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
路 Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Compliance & Administration:
路 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
路 Assist with preparing VAT returns and liaising with HMRC.
路 Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Support Functions:
路 Collaborate with external accountants and auditors as required.
路 Support other administrative functions to enhance overall organizational efficiency.
Key Requirements
Experience:
路 Proven experience as a Finance Administrator or in a similar role, with expertise in Xero accounting software.
Skills:
路 Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
路 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
路 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
路 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
路 Relevant financial or accounting qualifications are desirable but not essential.
Other Requirements:
路 Must hold a valid driving license.
路 Ability to commute to Harewood as required.
