Marks Sattin are currently looking for a Legal Cashier to join their busy finance team in the centre of Leeds. The role is key to providing accurate transactional data for the business to ensure high levels are achieved.
The role is paying up to £31,000 on a full time basis, with permanent hybrid working also available (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
Duties:
- Processing client and office account payments, including Foreign, Expert and Counsel's suppliers
- Processing client and office account receipts
- Buying currency and processing Foreign payments via electronic banking
- Supporting International offices multi-currency transactions
- Providing interest calculations on request
- Placing client money on and off deposit as required
- Assist with bank reconciliations on both office and client accounts
- Carrying out divisional client balance reviews
- Assisting in project work and the testing of new software
Essentials:
- Experience of Legal Cashiering for large legal firms is essential.
