I am currently recruiting for a manufacturing companybased in Leedswho are keen for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team due to company growth.
The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office 2 days at home once passed probation), flexible hours and free parking amongst other benefits.
The role is full time (37.5 hours a week), Monday to Friday and offers 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Duties include:
- Matching, checking, coding invoices and delivery notes.
- Working out VAT payments
- Making payments via BACS.
- Processing staff expenses
- Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Processing invoices on a credits within a paperless office environment.
- Managing petty cash
- Being first point of contact for all relevant enquiries
