Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (3 months temporary, with subsequent permanent post provided the temporary role is successful)

About The RoleWe are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a busy team. This role demands previous processing of purchase ledger along with good administration and telephone skills, ability to use Microsoft packages.Experience And Qualifications Required For The RoleThe successful candidate must have previous purchase ledger processing/data inputting experience, and will have worked in a busy role for minimum 12 months.

You will input purchase ledger invoices onto an account system by matching them to purchase orders, handle telephone calls from their suppliers and divisional network, and write out cheques.You must be able to demonstrate a methodical and logical approach to your work and have confident time management skills. You must be an enthusiastic and committed individual with the ability to self-manage as well as being able to integrate into an established team.
