An experienced bookkeeper is needed for a construction and civil engineering company in Leeds.
Candidates should have experience with Sage Line 50 and Xero, handling tasks such as ledger processing, reverse VAT, and payroll for 10-15 employees.
The role encompasses general transactional processing as well as month and quarter-end duties.
The salary for this position is approximately £30,000, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced bookkeeper to join this construction and civil engineering company based in Leeds. The company works across education, industrial, healthcare, historical, commerce and retail.

The group comprises of 4 companies predominantly utilising Sage Line 50 and Xero.

Duties will vary from general transactional processing through to month/quarter end.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Ledger processing

• Reverse VAT • Subcontractors

• CIS

• Factoring

• Transactions for rental properties

• Payroll (10-15 employees)

• VAT

In return you can expect a salary in the region of £30,000

• Working hours 8.30am - 5.00pm
