The role involves various responsibilities, including updating ledgers, bank reconciliations, credit control, VAT returns, and payroll for approximately 22 employees.
This is a stand-alone position requiring someone who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Reporting to the Office Manager duties will include:

Updating and maintaining the ledgers.
Bank reconciliations.
Credit control.
VAT returns.
Preparing reports for board meetings.
Preparing payroll for c22 employees.

The person:

Previous experience is essential.
The successful candidate must have working knowledge of Quickbooks.
Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
A stand-alone role it requires someone used to working on their own initiative, able to prioritise their workload and meet deadlines.
