Hawk3 Talent solutions are currently supporting an established Creative and Brand agency in their search to add a Brand Manager to the team! The role will be supported by the Client Service team, you will be responsible for running projects and managing accounts, pulling together inspiring creative briefs, building strong relationships with clients to unlock opportunities, and delivering brilliant work on time and on budget. You will be juggling multiple brands and projects at once and working closely with the Client Service and Studio teams.
Main Responsibilities of the Brand Manager:
- Project Execution Excellence: Successfully manage projects from briefing through to delivery, ensuring smooth execution across multiple disciplines. Aim to deliver all projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, supported by the wider team. You will have sound experience across the full marketing mix, enabling you to handle both standalone projects and integrated, multi-channel campaigns. You will be skilled in interpreting client requirements and translating them into solid studio briefs. Excellent communication, proactiveness, a team spirit and top-notch organisation are all key to this role.
- Effective Collaboration with Creative Studio: Collaborate closely with the creative studio, providing clear briefs, offering constructive feedback and ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations. Aim to foster a collaborative working relationship with the creative team, resulting in innovative and impactful design solutions. You will have strong emotional intelligence, be able to challenge both clients and studio appropriately when necessary in response to briefs, and apply tact working as a client partner while advocating for the creative process.
- Identify and Capitalise on Opportunities: Utilise commercial acumen to identify and capitalise on opportunities for organic growth within existing client accounts. Proactively identify areas for upselling additional services or expanding project scope.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary client lead, building trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Have confidence to lead meetings and present work to clients, and provide proactive counsel on new approaches and ideas to help them achieve their broader objectives.
Experience and Skills required
- Previous Account Management Experience within an Agency setting
- Prior creative agency experience including working with Studio Teams
- Brand experience / exposure
