?? Adecco are seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our client's team in Headingley & Kirkstall, Leeds, for a temporary role in the student accommodation industry. ??
�? As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our students have a clean and safe living environment throughout their stay. �?
Responsibilities:
Emptying and preparing bins for collection ???Cleaning the bin store floor and shop front style glass windows ??Changing light bulbs and carrying out basic repairs ?????Unblock showers and drains ??Conducting regular visual checks on fire escapes and mechanical doors ??Performing weekly checks on fire alarm activation and fire extinguishers ??Ensuring fire doors close properly and window restrictions are working ?Testing emergency lights to ensure they function without power ??Undertaking small painting jobs �?
Potential responsibilities:
Investigating faults with door locks ??Completing basic electrical repairs, such as replacing panel heaters or light fittings ?Handling minor repair jobs, including chair legs and door closers ??
