Decontamination Cleaning Assistant

Catch 22 are currently looking for experienced cleaning staff to work at an NHS warehouse in LS10 on temporary ongoing contracts until the end of March 2025 with the possibility of this being extended. 

The positions are Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Shift patterns:

• 8am to 4pm
• 9am to 5pm 
• 10am to 6pm

Applicants must be flexible and able to work any of these shifts as they vary week to week. 

The successful cleaners will be receiving medical equipment, such as crutches and wheelchairs, dismantling the equipment, cleaning the components and then reassembling the equipment ready for storage.

Training on how to handle and work with the equipment will be provided, however some items may be heavy and bulky, so applicant must be comfortable with this sort of manual work.As this role is within the healthcare sector, applicants must have, or be willing to be put through, a Standard DBS check upon starting in the position.
