A large professional services company with offices throughout the UK is recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the team as part of a cloud migration project.Key Responsibilities:

Be part of a dedicated team focused on the migration of key systems to the cloud
Defining and documenting business needs as part of the transformation programme
Converting business requirements into technical specifications
Working closely with the wider IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs
Performing testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the technology solutions are functioning as expected
Developing and maintaining detailed reports on the performance of systems and strategies.
Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and shared understanding of project goals
Working closely with the third-party systems integrator and their offshore squads, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in large-scale transformation programmes.
An in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and principles, including iterative development, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork
Experience working with offshore teams is desirable.
Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and its application in a business context.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to capture and document customer requirements effectively.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of navigating complex project environments.
