Senior PMO Analyst Quick Overview

• This is an interim position to support an organisation with their SAP S/4HANA transformation programme
• The contract duration is initially 6 months with the possible extension to 9-12 months dependent on requirements
• This role will be on a hybrid basis (typically 2-3 days on site), working Monday - Friday office hours, starting within the next month following a successful application and interview process
• Experience as a PMO Analyst at a senior level on an SAP S/4HANA project is essential

Your new Senior PMO Analyst role and companyYou will be working with a highly regarded public sector organisation based in the West Yorkshire. Reporting into the Programme Director with your core responsibilities involving:

• Establish and manage PMO processes, governance, and standards across the SAP S/4HANA programme.
• Develop programme plans, risk/issue registers, and status reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Track programme progress, resources, budget, and dependencies to ensure effective delivery.
• Provide oversight of workstreams, ensuring they are aligned with project objectives.
• Implement and monitor change management processes across the programme lifecycle.
• Support resource planning, contract management, and financial reporting for the programme.
• Acting as the first point of contact for PMO by actively championing the use of the Portfolio Process, ways of working, tools and systems to ensure the adoption of best practice project management.

What you'll need to succeed as a Senior PMO Analyst

• Extensive technical experience of all components of the SAP S/4HANA cloud system
• Extensive experience of implementing and enhancing solutions in area of SAP Finance and Controlling
• Detailed understanding of the business process requirements and an ability to advise on best practice
• The ability to create, validate and quality check documented functional specifications for all system customisations
• A proven track record of successful technical trouble shooting
• SAP Certification (desirable)
