Bright Selection is seeking an experienced social care manager who is passionate about driving excellence in care.

We're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Business Partner to support a large portfolio of domiciliary care branches across the North of England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward thinking care provider, playing a key role in maintaining and improving care quality standards across multiple services.

This is a hybrid working position with regular travel and home working each week.

As a Quality Assurance Business Partner, you'll work closely with Registered Managers and regional teams to ensure the highest standards of care delivery, compliance, and service improvement. You'll be required to review and analyse quality data, provide expert guidance to branches, coaching and upskilling teams to improve quality outcomes all while championing a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching and support to branch managers, helping them enhance care standards.
  • Monitor and analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all services meet and exceed CQC regulations and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to drive service excellence.
  • Support with policies, procedures, and training to ensure best practice across the organisation.
  • Work collaboratively with regional and operational teams to enhance overall care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, compliance, or operational leadership within domiciliary care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent coaching and leadership skills to support and develop managers.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North of England with some overnight stays.
