Recruitment Sales Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team within niche recruitment sectors.
This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing their own client base while also overseeing, motivating, and measuring the performance of a team of sales and business development consultants.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment sales and a proven ability to balance individual and team targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Actively engage in business development activities to win new clients and generate individual revenue, either and within our existing sectors or by opening other niche sector divisions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions
- Team Leadership: Manage, support, and mentor a team of sales and business development consultants, ensuring they meet and exceed set KPIs and revenue targets.
- Recruitment: Recruitment of further staff as the business grows.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement processes to measure team performance and productivity, providing actionable feedback and setting development goals.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work with the Directors to assist in the creation and execution of sales strategies to increase market share and meet company objectives.
- Staff Training & Development: Deliver regular training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Service Delivery Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to position the company effectively.
- Business Growth Strategy: Work alongside the Directors to help structure the growth plans of the business moving forward.
