New Business Executive
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus Company bonus
Monday to Thursday 8.00am -5pm , Friday 8am- 4.30pm
20 days holiday + 1 day extra for each year of full service (up to a max of 28 days)
Extra day off per year for your birthday
Early finish on Fridays

Post Recruitment is looking for a New Business Executive to join an extremely successful family run business based in Yeadon
This is a 100% sales focused and target driven business-to-business (b2b) role consisting of cold calling and lead generation with a view to making appointments.
Accountabilities:
- Correctly qualify the company and ensure reaching decision makers
- Call prospects to arrange meetings
- Provide prospects with required information in professional format
- Build relationships with the Decision Makers, diarising call backs and cancellations
- Resilience and the capacity to grow adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
- Achieve all daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s
- To attend and fully participate in on-going training and development, regular performance reviews, monthly one to one meetings and company appraisal system
- Contribute to overall team effort to ensure company new business targets are consistently achieved
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the company
- Adhere to the company and department standards, policies and procedures.
- Adhere to data protection guidelines, ensuring all prospects are aware that all calls are recorded
Person Specification
- Excellent planning/organisational skills
- Conscientious, hard-working and self-disciplined

- Creative and able to implement initiatives to improve sales techniques
- Impact and influencing skills
- Able to identify prospects by using all methods available, CRM system, press, social media, internet, referrals. (Able to utilize all media to gain potential leads)
- Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook
- B2B Tele-sales experience
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, highly competitive tele-sales environment
The ideal candidate will have and can demonstrate
- Proven business development experience in a customer services/telesales environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- Be able to work under pressure and meet targets
- Can do Attitude is essential
- Creative thinker and persuasive
- The ability to flourish in a competitive environment
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
