As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join the external team and drive the business growth in the West Yorkshire region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations, presentations, and close new business deals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
- Experience with CRM software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as part of the external role.
